畜禽环保政策对肉牛养殖效率的影响研究

作为我国畜牧业的重要组成部分,肉牛养殖业健康发展已成为推动农业生产系统良性循环的关键途径.文章旨在研讨畜禽环保政策对肉牛养殖效率的影响效应,利于养殖业健康高质量发展.基于2008-2021年4个肉牛养殖优势区域的面板数据,借助随机前沿分析法衡量肉牛养殖效率,使用Logit模型计算2014年畜禽环保政策颁布前后的倾向得分值.在此基础上,采用倾向得分匹配法检验畜禽环保政策对肉牛养殖效率的影响效应.结果 显示,相较于畜禽环保政策颁布前,畜禽环保政策颁布后,肉牛的养殖效率提高了 18.2%,表明畜禽环保政策可提升肉牛养殖效率,且这一结论 通过卡尺匹配、一对一匹配、核匹配和K邻近匹配等4种内生性检验后依旧成立.研究表明,畜禽环保政策能够有效缓解肉牛养殖产生的环境问题,推动养殖技术研发和创新,从而提升肉牛养殖效率.
Research on impact of livestock and poultry environmental protection policies on beef cattle breeding efficiency
As an important part of Chinese animal husbandry,the healthy development of beef cattle breeding has become a key way to promote the virtuous cycle of agricultural production system.The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of livestock and poultry environmental protection policies on the efficiency of beef cattle breeding,which is conducive to the healthy and high-quality development of the breeding industry.Based on the panel data of four beef cattle breeding advantage areas from 2008 to 2021,the efficiency of beef cattle breeding was measured by stochastic frontier analysis,and the Logit model was used to calculate the propensity score before and after the promulgation of livestock and poultry environmental protection policies in 2014.On this basis,the propensity score matching method was used to test the effect of livestock and poultry environmental protection policies on beef cattle breeding efficiency.The results showed that compared with before the promulgation of the livestock and poultry environmental protection policy,the breeding efficiency of beef cattle increased by 18.2%after the promulgation of the livestock and poultry environmental protection policy,indicating that the livestock and poultry environmental protection policy can improve the efficiency of beef cattle breeding.This conclusion is still valid after four endogenous tests:caliper matching,one-to-one matching,nuclear matching and K-proximity matching.The results show that the livestock and poultry environmental protection policy can effectively alleviate the environmental problems caused by beef cattle breeding,promote the research and development and innovation of breeding technology,and improve the efficiency of beef cattle breeding.
