摘要

金银花作为一种重要药食两用的植物,含有多种化学活性成分,主要包括挥发油类、黄酮类、有机酸类和环烯醚萜苷类等,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化、解热以及免疫调节等作用.金银花及其提取物可以提高饲料的消化吸收利用率,促进畜禽的生长发育,改善肉品质,调节畜禽的能量、蛋白质、脂质和糖代谢,改善畜禽的免疫功能和抗氧化能力.文章主要综述了金银花及其提取物的主要活性成分、生理功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用现状,以期为金银花及其提取物提高畜禽的生产效益和产品质量、替代抗生素在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考.

Abstract

Honeysuckle,as an important medicinal and edible plant,contains a variety of chemical active components,mainly including volatile oils,flavonoids,organic acids and iridoid glycosides,etc.,which have antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antioxidant,antipyretic,and immunomodulatory effects.Honeysuckle and its extract can improve the digestion,absorption and utilization rate of feed,promote the growth and development of livestock and poultry and meat quality,regulate the metabolism of energy,protein,lipids and sugar of livestock and poultry,and improve the immune function and antioxidant capacity of livestock and poultry.In the paper,the main active components,physiological functions,and application status of honeysuckle and its extracts in livestock and poultry production were summarized,in order to provide a reference for honeysuckle and its extracts to improve the production efficiency and product quality of livestock and poultry,and to replace antibiotics in livestock and poultry production.
