绿原酸的作用及其在动物生产中的应用研究进展

摘要
绿原酸是一种具有多种生物活性的化合物,能够调节机体相关信号通路,减轻炎症反应,提高免疫力,减轻氧化应激反应,抑制病原菌生长,改善肠道微生物菌群,提高动物生产性能和健康水平.此外,绿原酸还具有来源广泛和耐高温的优点,可用于饲料生产中.文章主要总结了绿原酸的提取方式、作用及其在动物生产中的应用,为合理有效地使用绿原酸提供参考.
Abstract
Chlorogenic acid is a compound with a variety of biological activities,which can regulate the relevant signaling pathways of the body,reduce the inflammatory response,improve immunity,control oxidative stress response,inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria,improve intestinal microbial flora,and improve animal performance and health.In addition,chlorogenic acid has the advantages of a wide range of sources and high temperature resistance,which can be used in the feed production.This article mainly summarizes the extraction methods,functions,and roles of chlorogenic acid in animal production,to provide a reference for the rational and effective use of chlorogenic acid.
