乡村振兴视域下我国大规模生猪养殖成本效率及其影响因素研究

摘要
文章采用超越对数随机前沿成本函数模型,分析2012-2021年全国29个省份大规模生猪养殖成本效率、成本损失效率及其影响因素.结果发现:大规模生猪养殖成本效率整体较高,均值达0.894,但年均降幅为0.1％;非成本效率是影响大规模生猪养殖成本效率的主要因素,防疫意识、人力资本、政府扶持、饲料报酬均可显著促进大规模生猪养殖成本效率提升,而地区生产结构会产生抑制作用.因此,在乡村振兴背景下,各地区加大政企合作力度,因地制宜发展生猪养殖,有效提升生猪养殖的成本效率.
Abstract
This article uses a transcendental logarithmic stochastic frontier cost function model to analyze the cost efficiency,cost loss efficiency,and influencing factors of large-scale pig farming in 29 provinces across China from 2012 to 2021.Research has found that the overall cost efficiency of large-scale pig farming is relatively high,with an average of 0.894,but an average annual decrease of 0.1％.Non-cost efficiency is the main factor affecting the cost efficiency of large-scale pig farming.Epidemic prevention awareness,human capital,government support,and feed compensation can significantly promote the improvement of cost efficiency in large-scale pig farming,while regional production structures will have a inhibitory effect.Therefore,in the context of rural revitalization,various regions should increase cooperation between government and enterprises,develop pig farming according to local conditions,and effectively improve the cost efficiency of pig farming.
