不同水平槲皮素对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及血脂代谢的影响

试验旨在研究饲粮中不同水平的槲皮素对产蛋后期海兰褐蛋鸡的产蛋性能、蛋品质及血脂代谢的影响,确定蛋鸡生产中槲皮素的最适添加水平.试验选择1 600只60周龄的健康的海兰褐蛋鸡随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复100只蛋鸡.对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂添加200、400、800 mg/kg槲皮素的饲粮.预试期1周,正式试验期60 d.结果显示:与对照组比较,各槲皮素组蛋鸡的产蛋率均显著升高(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组蛋重和平均日产蛋重显著提高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组比较,试验2组和试验3组蛋壳厚度和蛋重显著升高(P<0.05);试验2组蛋壳强度和蛋壳重显著升高(P<0.05);各槲皮素组蛋黄颜色和哈夫单位均得到显著改善(P<0.05).试验2组和试验3组蛋黄中的粗蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05),试验2组蛋黄中胆固醇和甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05),所有槲皮素组蛋黄中磷脂含量显著提高(P<0.05).与对照组比较,试验2组和试验3组血清脂联素含量显著升高(P<0.05),各槲皮素组血清瘦素含量升高(P<0.05),试验2组血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和葡萄糖含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验2组和试验3组血清游离脂肪酸含量显著降低(P<0.05).研究表明,在海兰褐蛋鸡生产中添加适量的槲皮素可改善产蛋性能、蛋品质,调节血脂代谢,改善机体健康,槲皮素的适宜添加水平为400 mg/kg.
Effects of different levels of quercetin on laying performance,egg quality,and lipid metabolism of laying hens
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of quercetin in diets on the laying performance,egg quality,and lipid metabolism of Hyline brown laying hens in late laying period,and to determine the optimal supplemental level of quercetin in laying hens.A total of 1 600 sixty-week-old healthy Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into four groups with four replicates per group and 100 laying hens per replicate.Hens in control group were fed a basal diet,and hens in experimental groups were fed diets supplemented with 200,400,and 800 mg/kg quercetin,respectively.The pre-test lasted for one week and the formal test lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group,the laying rate of Hyline brown laying hens in all quercetin groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),the egg weight and average daily egg weight of the test group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to egg was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the eggshell thickness and egg weight of the test group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the eggshell strength and eggshell weight in the test group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the yolk color and Haugh unit were significantly improved in all quercetin groups(P<0.05).The crude protein content in yolk of the test group 2 and group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the cholesterol and triglyceride content in yolk of the test group 2 were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the phospholipid content in yolk of all quercetin groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum adiponectin content in the test group 2 and group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum leptin content in all quercetin groups was increased(P<0.05),and the serum cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,and glucose content in the test group 2 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum free fatty acid content in the test group 2 and group 3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The results show that adding proper quercetin to the production of Hyline brown laying hens can improve the laying performance and egg quality,regulate the metabolism of blood lipids,and improve the body's health.The appropriate supplemental level of quercetin is 400 mg/kg.
