地梢瓜果实总黄酮提取工艺及抗氧化活性研究

试验旨在研究地梢瓜果实总黄酮的提取方法及抗氧化活性.在单因素试验基础上,选取萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间进行响应面试验,并进行抗氧化活性研究.结果表明:地梢瓜果实总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为萃取时间2.66 h、萃取压力49.5 MPa、萃取温度53℃,此条件下地梢瓜果实总黄酮的提取率达到3.377 mg/go随着地梢瓜果实总黄酮含量的增加,其还原能力以及对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的清除率和羟自由基清除能力升高.研究表明,地梢瓜果实总黄酮具有作为抗氧化饲料添加剂的潜力.
Study on extraction technology and antioxidant activity of flavonoids of Cynanchum thesioides(Freyn)K.Schum fructus
The purpose of this experiment was to study the extraction method and antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Cynanchum thesioides(Freyn)K.Schum fructus.Based on single factor experiment,the extraction pressure,extraction temperature,and extraction time were selected for response surface test,and the antioxidant activity was studied.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:Extraction time 2.66 h,extraction pressure 49.5 MPa,and extraction temperature 53 ℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 3.377 mg/g.With the increase of total flavonoids content,the reduction ability,DPPH free radical scavenging rate and hydroxyl free radical scavenging ability increased.The study indicates that the total flavonoids from Cynanchum thesioides(Freyn)K.fructus Schum have the potential to be used as antioxidant feed additives.
