Effects of energy and protein levels on growth performance,intestinal enzyme activity,and blood indicators of Wanxi white geese during growth and fattening stages

试验旨在探究皖西白鹅育肥阶段饲粮适宜的能量和蛋白水平.选用180只1日龄体重接近、健康的皖西白鹅,随机分为6组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只,采用2×3因子设计高代谢能(12.3 MJ/kg)、低代谢能(11.8MJ/kg)以及高蛋白(16.3%)、中蛋白(15.3%)、低蛋白(14.3%)6种不同能量和蛋白水平的饲粮.试验期63 d.结果显示:63日龄时D组(11.8MJ/kg、16.3%)皖西白鹅日增重显著高于A组、C组、E组(P<0.05),料重比最低;D组肠道麦芽糖酶活性显著高于A组、B组、E组、F组(P<0.05);胰蛋白酶活性排序为D组>F组>A组>C组>B组>E组.研究表明,育肥阶段皖西白鹅饲粮适宜的代谢能、蛋白水平分别为11.8MJ/kg、16.3%.
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the appropriate energy and protein levels of Wanxi white geese at fattening stage.A total of 180 one-day-old healthy Wanxi white geese with close body weight were randomly divided into six groups with five replicates per group and six geese per replicate.A 2 × 3 factor design experiment was adopted.Six diets with different energy and protein levels were designed:High metabolizable energy(12.3 MJ/kg),low metabolizable energy(11.8 MJ/kg),high protein(16.3%),medium protein(15.3%),and low protein(14.3%).The experiment lasted for 63 days.The results showed that the daily gain of Wanxi white geese in group D(11.8 MJ/kg,16.3%)at 63 days of age was significantly higher than that in the group A,group C,and group E(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was the lowest.The intestinal maltase activity of Wanxi white geese in the group D was the highest,and significantly higher than that in the group A,group B,group E,and group F(P<0.05).The order of trypsin activity was group D>group F>group A>group C>group B>group E.The study indicates that the optimal dietary metabolizable energy and protein levels of Wanxi white geese at fattening stage are 11.8 MJ/kg and 16.3%,respectively.
