试验旨在开发一种高效型的矿物元素钙饲料添加剂羟基磷酸钙(HAP)的合成工艺.探究CaO/H3PO4投料比、反应温度、滴定磷酸浓度、反应时间对HAP的影响,采用正交试验优化合成HAP的条件.结果显示,试验确定了最佳合成反应条件为CaO/H3PO4投料比1.75、反应温度90℃、滴加磷酸浓度34%、反应时间200 min.采用粉末衍射分析(XRD)对所得产品进行了结构分析,得到的XRD图谱与HAP标准图谱72-1243-致.研究表明,在优化的工艺条件下,以氧化钙、磷酸为原料合成能够得到高纯度HAP.
Study on synthesis of hydroxycalcium phosphate
The purpose of the experiment was to develop a high-efficiency synthesis process of calcium hydroxyphosphate(HAP),a mineral element calcium feed additive.The effects of CaO/H3PO4 ratio,reaction temperature,titration phosphoric acid concentration,and reaction time on HAP were investigated,and the conditions of synthesizing calcium hydroxyphosphate were optimized by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:CaO/H3PO4 ratio 1.75,reaction temperature of 90 ℃,dropping phosphoric acid concentration of 34%,and reaction time of 200 min.The structure of the product was analyzed by powder diffraction analysis(XRD),and the XRD patterns were consistent with the standard patterns 72-1243 of HAP.The study indicates that high purity HAP can be synthesized by using calcium oxide and phosphoric acid as raw materials under the optimized process conditions.
