摘要
肠道不仅是营养物质消化和吸收的主要器官,还是维持机体内环境稳定的关键屏障.因此,肠道健康决定了动物的整体机能和生产力水平.家禽肠道屏障包括物理屏障、化学屏障、微生物屏障和免疫屏障.肠道屏障是肠道抵抗外部有毒有害物质入侵的第一道防线,其功能的完整性是肠道健康的基础.屏障功能受损会严重影响肠道及其相关器官的功能,甚至导致全身功能出现障碍.饲粮营养的合理供给是保证肠道屏障功能完整性及调控肠道健康的重要因素.文章重点探讨家禽肠道各屏障与肠道健康的关系以及饲粮营养对肠道健康的调控作用,为提升家禽的生产性能和健康水平提供参考.
Abstract
The intestine is not only an important organ for digestion and absorption of nutrients,but also the main barrier for maintaining a stable internal environment.Therefore,intestinal health determines the overall function and productivity level of animals.The intestinal barrier of poultry includes mechanical barrier,chemical barrier,microbial barrier,and immune barrier.The intestinal barrier is the first line of defense against external toxic and harmful substances,and its functional integrity is the foundation of intestinal health.Impaired barrier function can seriously affect the function of the intestine and its related organs,and even lead to systemic dysfunction.The reasonable supply of dietary nutrients is an important factor in ensuring the integrity of intestinal barrier function and regulating intestinal health.The article focuses on exploring the relationship between various intestinal barriers and intestinal health in poultry,as well as the regulation of dietary nutrition on intestinal health,to provide a reference for improving poultry production performance and health level.
