摘要

家禽胃肠道是将摄入的饲料转化为机体维持生长和繁殖所需营养物质的重要系统.鸡的胃肠道中定植着种类丰富且数量繁多的微生物群,这些微生物群在宿主机体的健康和功能方面起着重要作用.饲用酶制剂是一类具有生物催化能力的蛋白质,具有高效、安全、无毒、无残留、绿色等优点,可调节饲料的理化性质,影响肠道组织结构,调节肠道内源酶活性和肠道菌群,从而改善家禽肠道健康以及生产性能.文章对鸡胃肠道组成和功能、肠道微生物分布以及酶制剂对鸡肠道健康的调控作用进行综述,以期为酶制剂对肠道健康调控的进一步研究提供参考.

Abstract

Poultry gastrointestinal tract is an important system for transforming ingested feed into nutrients needed for maintaining growth and reproduction.Chicken gastrointestinal tract is colonized with a large number of microflora,which play an important role in the health and function of the host.Feed enzyme preparation is a kind of protein with biocatalytic ability,which has the advantages of high efficiency,safety,non-toxicity,no residue,and green.It can adjust the physical and chemical properties of feed,affect the intestinal tissue structure,regulate the endogenous enzyme activity and intestinal flora,and thus improve the intestinal health and production performance of poultry.In this paper,the composition and function of gastrointestinal tract,the distribution of intestinal microorganisms and the regulatory effects of enzyme preparations on intestinal health in chickens were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for further research on the regulation of intestinal health by enzyme preparations.
