不同类型干酒糟及其可溶物在动物生产中的应用研究进展

摘要
干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)是一类营养丰富的蛋白质饲料,生产中可部分替代豆粕的用量,但因其自身含有抗营养因子、加工过程引起部分养分破坏、氨基酸比例不平衡等缺点,限制了 DDGS在生产中的大量使用.文章综述了不同类型DDGS的营养特点,分析影响其质量的因素及降低不利因素的处理方法,梳理在不同动物中的应用效果并给予综合分析后的建议用量,为DDGS合理利用、促进饲料节约降耗提供参考.
Abstract
Dry distiller's grains and its soluble matter(DDGS)is a kind of nutrient-rich protein feed,which can partially replace the dosage of soybean meal in production.However,due to its own anti-nutrient factors,some nutrients are broken during processing,and the proportion of amino acids is unbalanced,which limits the extensive use of DDGS in production.This paper summarizes the nutritional characteristics of different types of DDGS,analyzes the factors affecting the quality and the treatment methods to reduce the unfavorable factors,combs the application effects in different animals,and gives the suggested dosage after comprehensive analysis,which provides a reference for rational utilization of DDGS and promoting feed saving and consumption reduction.
