试验旨在探究饲粮中添加紫锥菊颗粒对海兰褐蛋雏鸡生长性能、器官指数和血清生化指标的影响.选取体重相近、健康的16日龄海兰褐蛋雏鸡153只,随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复17只雏鸡.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1组和试验2组分别在基础饲粮中添加1g/kg和2g/kg的紫锥菊颗粒,连续服用14d.结果显示:与对照组相比,试验2组的平均日增重提高了 1.6%,平均日采食量降低了 1.1%,料重比降低了 2.7%.与对照组相比,试验2组的胸腺重显著升高(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验1组、试验2组的心脏指数分别提高了 4.35%和0.62%,法氏囊指数分别提高了 5.00%和12.89%,胸腺指数显著升高(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验2组的血清球蛋白(GLB)、总蛋白(TP)和葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著升高(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加紫锥菊颗粒能够提高海兰褐蛋雏鸡的生长性能和器官指数,改善血清生化指标,从而进一步提高免疫功能,2g/kg的添加效果最佳.
Effects of Echinacea purpurea granules on growth performance,organ index,and serum biochemical indicators of Hy-Line Brown layer chicks
The purpose of the experiment was to investigate the effects of Echinacea purpurea granules on the growth performance,organ index,and serum biochemical indicators of Hy-Line Brown layer chicks.A total of 153 healthy 16-day-old Hy-Line Brown layer chicks with similar weight were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates in each group and 17 chicks in each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental group 1 and group 2 were fed with 1 g/kg and 2 g/kg of Echinacea purpurea granules respectively for 14 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of the experimental group 2 increased by 1.6%,the average daily feed intake decreased by 1.1%,and the feed-to-weight ratio decreased by 2.7%.Compared with the control group,the thymus weight of the experimental group 2 increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the cardiac index of the experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 increased by 4.35%and 0.62%,respectively,the bursa index increased by 5.00%and 12.89%,respectively,and the thymus index significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum GLB,TP,and GLU contentrations of the experimental group 2 significantly increased(P<0.05),while the TG content significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding Echinacea purpurea granules to the diet can improve the growth performance,enhance the organ index,improve the serum biochemical indicators of Hy-Line Brown layer chicks,and thereby further improve the immune function,with the addition of 2 g/kg being the most effective.
