Response surface optimization of polysaccharide extraction process and antioxidant activity analysis of Hedychium flavum Roxb.root
The purpose of this experiment was to explore the best extraction technology of Hedychium flavum Roxb.root polysaccharide and its antioxidant activity in vitro.Taking Hedychium flavum Roxb.root as raw material, the effects of liquid-to-material ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time on the yield of Hedychium flavum Roxb.root polysaccharide were explored.Combined with response surface methodology, the extraction technology of Hedychium flavum Roxb.root polysaccharide was optimized, and the antioxidant activity of Hedychium flavum Roxb.root was studied by measuring the scavenging ability of DPPH radical and ABTS+radical. The results showed that under the conditions of extraction temperature 83 ℃,ratio of liquid to material 30 mL/g and extraction time 172 min,the yield of polysaccharide from the Hedychium flavum Roxb.root was the highest,up to 9.32%.In a certain range, the scavenging ability of polysaccharide from Hedychium flavum Roxb.root showed a dose-effect relationship with the concentration of polysaccharide. The scavenging rates of DPPH radical and ABTS+radical were 92.58%and 91.80%,respectively.The results show that the polysaccharides of Hedychium flavum Roxb.root have strong antioxidant activity, which provided reference for further development and application of Hedychium flavum Roxb.root polysaccharide in the future.
