饲粮原料持水力测定方法研究及持水力与营养指标相关性分析

试验旨在建立饲粮原料滤膜离心持水力测定方法.利用滤膜离心测定21种常规饲粮原料的持水力,分析饲粮原料持水力与营养指标之间的相关性.结果表明:饲粮原料滤膜离心测定持水力的最优条件为滤膜孔径25 μm、离心转速3 000r/min;滤膜离心持水力测定结果的标准偏差和平均扩展不确定度均小于离心法;饲粮原料持水力与其半纤维素含量呈显著的正相关(P<0.05),与原料中性洗涤纤维含量呈正相关(P>0.05),与原料淀粉呈负相关.研究表明,饲粮原料滤膜离心持水力测定方法的建立可为准确测定持水力、后期配方设计提供参考.
Research on determination method of water holding capacity of dietary ingredient and correlation between water holding capacity with its nutritional indexes
The purpose of this experiment is to establish a method for measuring the centrifugal water holding capacity of feed materials.The water holding capacity of 21 diets was measured by membrane centrifugation,and the correlation between water holding capacity and nutritional indexes of diets was analyzed.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the determination of water holding capacity of feed materials by centrifugation of filter membrane were as follows:Pore diameter of filter membrane 25 μm,centrifugal speed 3 000 r/min.The standard deviation and average expanded uncertainty of the measurement results of centrifugal water holding capacity of filter membrane are less than those of centrifugal method the water holding capacity of diets was significantly positively correlated with hemicellulose content(P<0.05),positively correlated with neutral detergent fiber content(P>0.05),and negatively correlated with starch content.The study indicates that the establishment of centrifugal water holding capacity determination method of feed materials can provide reference for accurate determination of water holding capacity and later formula design.
