摘要
金银花是一种常用的药食同源植物,富含多种药理活性成分,主要包括黄酮类、有机酸类、挥发油类、环烯醚萜苷类等,在抗氧化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、消炎、保肝、护肝及调节免疫等方面发挥重要作用.金银花及其提取物可以提高动物生长性能,增强机体免疫力和抗氧化能力,防治疾病,维护肠道健康和保证畜产品质量.文章主要综述了金银花及其提取物的主要化学成分、生物功能及其在家禽、家畜和水产养殖生产中的应用现状,为金银花及其提取物在动物生产中的研究及应用提供参考.
Abstract
Lonicera japonica is a common medicinal and edible plant,which is rich in various pharmacological active components,including flavonoids,organic acids,volatile oils,iridoid glycosides,etc.It plays an important role in antioxidant,antiviral,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,liver protection,liver protection,and immune regulation.Lonicera japonica and its extract can improve animal growth performance,enhance immunity and antioxidant capacity,prevent and treat diseases,maintain intestinal health and ensure product quality.In this paper,the main chemical constituents,biological functions and application status of Lonicera japonica and its extracts in poultry,livestock,and aquaculture production were summarized,which provided a reference for the research and application of Lonicera japonica and its extracts in animal production.
