不同加工调制苜蓿替代精料对育肥期肉牛生长性能、血清生化指标及瘤胃发酵参数的影响

试验旨在研究不同加工调制苜蓿替代精料对肉牛生长性能、血清生化指标和瘤胃发酵参数的影响。选取体重(405。00±11。22)kg、(17±1)月龄的西门塔尔公牛18头,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组饲喂玉米秸秆青贮(54%)和精料(46%),在对照组饲粮的基础上,试验1组和试验2组分别利用 9%的半干青贮苜蓿和青贮苜蓿替代等量精料。预试期15 d,正式试验期75 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验1组的干物质采食量显著升高(P<0。05),试验组的酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著升高(P<0。05)。试验组的血清白蛋白、肌酐含量及脂肪酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0。05),试验2组的血清葡萄糖含量显著高于对照组和试验1组(P<0。05)。与对照组相比,试验组的微生物蛋白含量显著降低(P<0。05),乙酸比例显著升高(P<0。05);试验2组的乙丙比显著升高(P<0。05),丙酸比例显著降低(P<0。05)。研究表明,不同加工调制苜蓿替代部分精料提高了肉牛的干物质采食量、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率以及血清中的葡萄糖和白蛋白含量,肉牛健康状况良好,其中9%半干青贮苜蓿替代精料的效果较优。
Effects of different processes alfalfa substitute concentrate on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,and rumen fermentation parameters of finishing beef cattle
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of alfalfa substitute concentrate on the growth performance,serum biochemical indices,and rumen fermentation parameters of beef cattle.A total of 18 Simmental bulls with similar body weight(405.00±11.22)kg and aged(17±1)months were randomly divided into three groups with six bulls in each group and one cow in each replicate.The control group was fed corn stalk silage(54%)and concentrate(46%).On the basis of the diet of the control group,9%semi-dry alfalfa and alfalfa silage were used to replace the same amount of concentrate in the experiment groups 1 and 2,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 15 days and the experimental period lasted for 75 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the dry matter intake of the experimental group 1 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber in the experimental groups was significantly higher(P<0.05).The serum albumin,creatinine,and lipase levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the serum glucose content in the experimental group 2 was significantly higher than that in the control group and the experimental group 1(P<0.05).Compared with the control,the microbial protein content in the experimental group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the proportion of acetic acid was significantly increased(P<0.05).The ratio of ethylene and propionic acid in the experimental group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the proportion of propionic acid was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the substitution of alfalfa by different processing and preparation of alfalfa to some concentrates improved the dry matter intake,the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber,and the content of glucose and albumin in the serum,and the health of beef cattle was good,and the effect of 9%semi-dry silage alfalfa substitution of concentrate is better.
