益生菌发酵豆粕对母猪繁殖性能、泌乳性能及仔猪生长性能的影响

研究旨在探讨不同比例的益生菌发酵豆粕对母猪繁殖性能、泌乳性能和仔猪生长性能的影响。选择体况相近健康的妊娠母猪48头,随机分成4组,每组12个重复,每个重复1头母猪。对照组母猪饲喂基础饲粮,发酵豆粕组分别使用5%、10%和15%益生菌发酵豆粕替代基础饲粮中的豆粕。预试期1周,正式试验期从母猪妊娠90d至产后21 d。结果表明:饲喂10%和15%的益生菌发酵豆粕可以增加母猪产仔数、活仔数、健仔数(P<0。05),降低平均头产程(P<0。05)。所有饲喂发酵豆粕组的母猪健仔率均提高,死胎率均降低(P<0。05)。与对照组比较,饲喂10%和15%的益生菌发酵豆粕可以显著增加母猪第2周的采食量及整个哺乳期的平均采食量(P<0。05),显著降低背膘损失(P<0。05),增加泌乳量、乳脂率、乳糖率、乳蛋白率及非乳脂固体水平(P<0。05),降低了乳尿素氮水平(P<0。05)。与对照组相比,10%和15%益生菌发酵豆粕组仔猪的初生窝重、断奶头数、断奶个体重均提高(P<0。05),腹泻率降低(P<0。05)。所有益生菌发酵豆粕组仔猪的断奶窝重、成活率均升高(P<0。05)。研究表明,妊娠母猪饲粮中添加发酵豆粕可以提高母猪的繁殖性能、泌乳量,改善乳品质,提高仔猪的生长性能及成活率。从生产成本考虑,益生菌发酵豆粕的适宜添加比例为10%。
Effects of probiotic fermented soybean meal on reproductive performance,lactation performance of sows,and growth performance of piglets
The study aimed to explore the impact of different proportions of probiotic fermented soybean meal on the reproductive performance,lactation performance of sows,and the growth performance of piglets.Forty-eight healthy and similar-sized pregnant sows were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with 12 replicates per group,each replicate consisting of one sow.The control group sows were fed a basal diet,while the fermented soybean meal groups replaced the soybean meal in the basal diet with 5%,10%,and 15%of probiotic-fermented soybean meal,respectively.A one-week pre-experimental period was followed by a formal experimental period from 90 days of gestation to 21 days postpartum.The results showed that feeding sows with 10%and 15%of probiotic fermented soybean meal increased the number of piglets born,the number of live piglets,and the number of healthy piglets(P<0.05),and reduced the average duration of parturition(P<0.05).The rate of healthy piglets in all groups fed with fermented soybean meal was increased,and the rate of stillbirths was decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,feeding with 10%and 15%of probiotic fermented soybean meal significantly increased the sow's feed intake during the second week and the average feed intake during the entire lactation period(P<0.05),significantly reduced backfat loss(P<0.05),increased milk yield,milk fat percentage,lactose percentage,milk protein percentage,and non-fat solid levels(P<0.05),and reduced the level of milk urea nitrogen(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the birth weight,weaning number,and individual weight at weaning of piglets in the 10%and 15%probiotic fermented soybean meal groups were all increased(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate was decreased(P<0.05).The weaning weight and survival rate of piglets in all probiotic fermented soybean meal groups was increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of an appropriate proportion of probiotic fermented soybean meal to the diet of pregnant sows can improve reproductive performance and milk yield,enhance milk quality,and improve the growth performance and survival rate of piglets.Considering production costs,the optimal addition ratio of probiotic fermented soybean meal is 10%.
