摘要
黑水虻(Hermetia illucens)幼虫富含脂肪、蛋白质和矿物质,具有营养价值高、生长速度快、易于饲养等特点.黑水虻作为一种新型优质饲料蛋白源,具有替代动物饲料中豆粕和鱼粉蛋白原料的潜力,适量替代蛋白原料能够提高动物的生长性能、抗氧化和抗病能力,改善蛋品质和肉品质.文章就黑水虻的生物学特性、主要的营养成分以及近年来黑水虻替代常规蛋白质饲料原料在水产、家禽、猪生产中的应用进行综述,以期为黑水虻在动物生产中的应用提供参考.
Abstract
The larvae of the black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens)are rich in fat,protein,and minerals,characterized by high nutritional value,rapid growth,and ease of breeding.As a new type of high-quality feed protein source,the black soldier fly has the potential to replace soybean meal and fish meal protein materials in animal feed.Appropriate replacement of protein materials can improve the growth performance,antioxidant and disease resistance of animals,and enhance the quality of eggs and meat.In this paper,the biological characteristics,main nutritional components and the application of black soldier fly in aquaculture,poultry and pig production instead of conventional protein feed materials in recent years were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the application of black Tabanus in animal production.
