Application of Bacillus subtilis JTFM1001 in controlling Aspergillus flavus of corn
The experiment aimed to find a biological preparation that can control Aspergillus flavus in corn.Antagonistic bacteria were isolated from healthy and full corn kernels from different provinces and their antibacterial effects were verified. The results showed that a strain JTFM1001 with a significant inhibitory effect on Aspergillus flavus was isolated from corn kernels in Hebei Province, with an inhibition rate of 87.5%in indoor confrontational antagonism tests. The in vivo antibacterial detoxification tests and field control experiments confirmed that this strain had strong antibacterial ability and a certain promoting effect on the growth of plants, with the field promotion rate and detoxification rate being 6.5%and 55.0%,respectively.The fermentation metabolites and protein extracts of strain JTFM1001 can effectively inhibit the growth of Aspergillus flavus.Strain JTFM1001 was identified as Bacillus subtilis. The study indicates that Bacillus subtilis JTFM1001 has practical application value in the development of biocontrol agents.
