摘要
辣木提取物活性成分包括多酚类、黄酮类、氨基酸类以及糖类等,具有较高的经济价值和药用价值.辣木提取物具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎症等功能.辣木作为天然饲料添加剂在家禽生产中使用,可提高家禽生产性能,维护胃肠道健康,增强机体抗氧化性能和免疫功能等.文章综述了辣木提取物的生理功能及其在家禽生产中的应用,以期为辣木提取物的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
Moringa oleifera extract contains active components,such as polyphenols,flavonoids,amino acids,and sugars,which have high economic and medicinal value.Moringa oleifera extracts possess functions like antimicrobial,antioxidant,and anti-inflammatory properties.As a natural feed additive used in poultry production,it can improve poultry production performance,maintain gastrointestinal health,enhance antioxidant capacity and immune function.This article reviews the physiological functions of Moringa oleifera extracts and their application in poultry production,aiming to provide a reference for further research and development of Moringa oleifera extracts.
