金针菇菌糠对三黄鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、免疫器官指数及回肠形态的影响

试验旨在研究金针菇菌糠对三黄鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、免疫器官指数和回肠形态的影响。试验选取1日龄体重相近健康的三黄鸡192只(公、母各半),随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加2%、5%和7%金针菇菌糠。试验期48 d。结果显示,金针菇菌糠对三黄鸡生长性能、脾脏指数和回肠形态无显著影响(p>0。05)。与对照组相比,7%金针菇菌糠能够提高法氏囊指数(P<0。05),增加血清中白蛋白和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(P<0。05),降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿素氮、胆固醇和甘油三酯水平(P<0。05)。研究表明,饲喂金针菇菌糠对三黄鸡生长性能和回肠形态无影响,添加7%金针菇菌糠可以改善免疫器官指数、血清脂质代谢和蛋白质代谢。
Effects of Flammulina velutipes bran on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,immune organ index,and ileum morphology of Sanhuang chickens
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of Flammulina velutipes bran supplementation on the growth performance,serum biochemical indices,immune organ index,and ileum morphology of Sanhuang chickens.A total of 192 one-day-old healthy Sanhuang chickens(half male and half female)with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates per group and eight chickens per replicate.Chickens in the control group were fed a basal diet,and chickens in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2%,5%,and 7%Flammulina velutipes bran,respectively.The experiment lasted for 48 days.The results showed that the Flammulina velutipes bran had no significant effects on growth performance,spleen index,and ileum morphology of Sanhuang chickens(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,7%of the Flammulina velutipes bran could increase bursa index of Fabricius(P<0.05),increase the levels of albumin and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum(P<0.05),and decrease the levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol,urea nitrogen,cholesterol and triglyceride(P<0.05).The results show that feeding Flammulina velutipes bran has no effect on growth performance and ileal morphology of Sanhuang chickens,adding 7%Flammulina velutipes bran can improve immune organ index,serum lipid metabolism and protein metabolism.
