猪肌纤维生长发育及影响因素研究进展

摘要
肌纤维特性对猪肉产量和品质具有明显影响.肌纤维的生长发育受遗传、营养、信号通路等因素影响,这些因素可通过调控肌球蛋白重链(MyHC)等基因表达影响肌纤维特性,改善肌纤维生长,从而有助于提高猪肉品质和产量.文章对猪肌纤维发育过程、生长发育的调控通路以及影响肌纤维生长发育的因素进行论述,旨在为促进猪肌纤维的生长发育提供参考.
Abstract
The characteristics of muscle fibers have a significant impact on the yield and quality of pork.The growth and development of muscle fibers are influenced by factors such as genetics,nutrition,and signaling pathways.These factors can affect the characteristics of muscle fibers by regulating the expression of genes like myosin heavy chain(MyHC),improving muscle fiber growth,thereby helping to enhance the quality and yield of pork.In this paper,the development process of pig muscle fiber,the regulation pathway of growth and development and the factors affecting the growth and development of pig muscle fiber were discussed.The aim is to provide a reference for promoting the growth and development of pig muscle fibers.
