Effects of bacteria enzyme cooperative fermented feed on nutrient apparent digestibility, milk yield, milk composition, and antioxidant index of dairy cows
The experiment was to study the effects of bacterial enzyme cooperative fermented feed on the nutrient apparent digestibility, milk yield, milk composition, and antioxidant index of dairy cows.A total of 160 lactating cows were randomly divided into two groups, with 10 replicates per group and eight cows per replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet, while the experimental group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 10%bacterial enzyme cooperative fermented feed. The preliminary trial lasted for seven days, and the formal trial period was 42 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the apparent digestibility of crude protein, crude fat, neutral detergent fiber, and acid detergent fiber in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),milk yield and feed conversion rate were significantly increased(P<0.05),milk protein content was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the number of somatic cells and total bacterial count were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of 10%bacterial enzyme cooperative fermented feed in the diet can improve the nutrient apparent digestibility, milk yield, milk quality, and serum antioxidant capacity in lactating cows.
