Application of microbial fermentation straw in animal production
Crop straw resources are abundant in China,but the utilization rate is low.Straw is usually burned,abandoned or landfilled,which not only makes the nutrients in the straw can not be effectively used,but also causes problems such as air pollution.Microbial fermentation of straw can effectively decompose lignocellulose in straw,improve the nutritional value of straw and increase the utilization rate of straw resources.This paper reviewed the technology of microbial fermentation straw and the microorganisms required for fermentation straw,and summarized the effects of fermented straw on the growth performance,digestion and absorption of animals and meat quality,in order to provide reference for the large-scale application of microbial fermentation straw in animal production.
