摘要

中草药含有多种活性成分,具有治疗和预防疾病的作用,在动物营养平衡、提高生长性能和调节生理功能方面发挥了重要作用.中草药含有丰富的蛋白质、碳水化合物、维生素、脂肪类和矿物元素,在动物生产中应用前景广阔.目前,中草药在疫病防治及营养调控等方面的应用备受关注.文章论述中草药的发展现状、主要活性成分及生物学功能,并对中草药在提高牛生产性能、免疫力、抗应激能力及改善肉品质方面的应用研究进行综述,为中草药资源的开发利用和动物健康养殖提供参考.

Abstract

Chinese herbal medicine contains a variety of active components that have therapeutic and preventive effects on diseases.It plays a significant role in animal nutrition balance,growth performance enhancement,and physiological function regulation.Chinese herbal medicine is rich in proteins,carbohydrates,vitamins,fats,and mineral elements,and it has broad application prospects in animal production.Currently,the application of Chinese herbal medicine in disease prevention and control,as well as in nutritional regulation,is garnering significant interest.This article discusses the current state of development,main active components,and biological functions of Chinese herbal medicine.It also provides a comprehensive review of the research on the application of Chinese herbal medicine in improving the production performance,immunity,stress resistance,and meat quality of cattle.The aim is to offer insights for the development and utilization of herbal resources and the healthy breeding practices in animal husbandry.
