黄芩茎叶含有黄酮类、萜类、苷类、挥发油和多糖等多种化学成分,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化应激和调节机体免疫等生物学功能.黄芩茎叶总黄酮可增强机体的免疫力,改变肠壁的通透性,促进营养物质在肠道中的吸收,增加肠道内有益菌群的数量,改善动物生长性能.黄芩茎叶的毒副作用小,不易产生抗药性,可以作为添加剂或直接作为粗饲料广泛应用于动物生产中.文章综述黄芩茎叶药理作用及其在动物生产中的应用,为黄芩茎叶在动物生产中的应用提供参考.
Research progress on application of Scutellaria baicalensis stems and leaves in animal production
The Scutellaria baicalensis stems and leaves contain flavonoids,terpenoids,glycosides,volatile oils,and polysaccharides,which have the biological functions of anti-inflammation,antibacterial,anti-oxidative stress,and adjusting immunity.The total flavonoids of Scutellaria baicalensis stems and leaves can enhance the immunity of the body,change the permeability of the intestinal wall,increase the absorption of nutrients in the intestinal tract and the number of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract,and improve the growth performance of animals.The Scutellaria baicalensis stems and leaves have little toxic side effects and do not produce drug resistance.It can be widely used in animal production as an additive or as roughage directly.In this paper,the pharmacological effects of Scutellaria baicalensis stems and leaves and its application in animal production were reviewed,which provided reference for the development of Scutellaria baicalensis stems and leaves in animal production.
