Research on extraction process of dried ginger 6-gingerol based on micropulverization
The experiment aimed to explore the impact of different factors on the extraction of dried ginger 6-gingerol and to determine the optimal extraction process. The experiment uses the content of 6-gingerol as the index, and adopts single-factor experiments to investigate the effects of particle size, extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction solvent, ethanol concentration,liquid-to-solid ratio, and extraction times on the content of 6-gingerol.On this basis, orthogonal experimental design was used to select particle size,liquid-to-solid ratio, extraction time, and extraction times as the four optimized factors,to determine the optimal conditions for the extraction of dried ginger. The results showed that the optimal extraction process for 6-gingerol in dried ginger was achieved with a particle size of 300 mesh,a liquid-to-solid ratio of 8 mL/g,an extraction time of 40 minutes, and three extraction times.Under these conditions, the content of 6-gingerol in three samples was measured to be between 1.18%and 1.19%,and the dry matter yield was between 7.08%and 7.15%.The study indicates that the selected extraction process is stable and feasible, which can provide a reference for the production of dried ginger extracts.
