碱式氯化铜的制备方法及其在动物生产中的应用

碱式氯化铜是一种铜含量高(铜含量58.12%)、不溶于水和有机溶剂的铜源.与硫酸铜比较,碱式氯化铜不吸潮结块、易混匀,对饲料中的维生素破坏小且油脂氧化程度低.目前,饲料级碱式氯化铜通常以印刷电路板生产过程产生的含铜蚀刻液为原料制得,工业含铜废水废渣、化工原料(主要为氯化铜)合成碱式氯化铜由于成本高,工业生产上比较少见.碱式氯化铜对动物生长性能、繁殖性能、免疫能力和肠道健康具有显著影响.文章综述了碱式氯化铜的制备方法及其在动物生产中的应用,为促进碱式氯化铜在动物生产中的高效利用提供参考.
Preparation method of basic copper chloride and its application in animal production
Basic copper chloride is a copper source with a high copper content(58.12%copper content),insoluble in water and organic solvents.Compared with copper sulfate,it has does not absorb moisture and clumps,and is easy to mix in feed.It has less damage to vitamins and lower degree of oil oxidation in feed.At present,feed grade basic copper chloride circulating is usually made from copper containing etching solution generated during the production process of printed circuit boards.Other raw materials,such as industrial copper containing wastewater and waste residue,and chemical raw materials(mainly copper chloride),are used to synthesize basic copper chloride,which is relatively rare in industrial production due to high costs.Basic copper chloride has significant effects on animal growth performance,reproductive performance,immunity,and intestinal health.In this paper,the preparation method of basic copper chloride and its application in animal production were reviewed,and the reference for promoting the efficient utilization of basic copper chloride in animal production was provided.
