花生秧青贮对肉羊生长性能、免疫力及肉品质的影响

试验旨在研究花生秧青贮对肉羊生长性能、免疫力及肉品质的影响。选择60只体重相近、健康的肉羊,随机分为4个组,每组15个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组肉羊饲喂玉米秸秆青贮作为粗饲料,各试验组分别使用花生秧青贮替代25%(试验A组)、50%(试验B组)和100%(试验C组)玉米秸秆青贮。预试期1 w,正式试验期8 w。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验B组和试验C组肉羊末重、平均日增重显著增加(P<0。05),料重比显著降低(P<0。05);试验B组和试验C组肉羊血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平显著升高(P<0。05),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平显著降低(P<0。05),CD4+含量及CD4+/CD8+比值显著增加(P<0。05);试验B组和试验C组肌肉的pH值和红度值显著提高(P<0。05),滴水损失、亮度值和黄度值显著降低(P<0。05);所有试验组剪切力显著降低(P<0。05)。与对照组相比,试验B组和试验C组肌肉中棕榈酸和饱和脂肪酸含量显著降低(P<0。05),芥酸和单不饱和脂肪酸含量显著升高(P<0。05);所有试验组羊肉中油酸含量和ω-6/ω-3比值升高(P<0。05)。研究表明,花生秧青贮可以改善肉羊的生长性能,提高机体免疫力,改善羊肉品质,花生秧青贮替代50%和100%玉米秸秆青贮效果较好。
Effects of peanut seedling silage on growth performance,immunity and meat quality of mutton sheep
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of peanut seedling silage on growth performance,immunity and meat quality of mutton sheep.A total of 60 healthy mutton sheep with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with 15 replicates per group and one sheep per replicate.The mutton sheep in the control group were fed corn stalk silage as roughage,and peanut seedling silage was used to replace 25%(trial group A),50%(trial group B)and 100%(trial group C)corn stalk silage in experimental groups,respectively.The pre-test period was one week and the formal test period was eight weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight and average daily gain of mutton sheep in trial groups B and C were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)and interleukin-10(IL-10)levels of mutton sheep in trial groups B and C were significantly increased(P<0.05),the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the CD4+content and CD4+/CD8+ratio were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the pH value and redness value of muscle in trial groups B and C were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the drip loss,brightness value and yellowness value were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The shear force of all trial groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of palmitic acid and saturated fatty acid in muscle of trial groups B and C were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the contents of erucic acid and monounsaturated fatty acid were significantly increased(P<0.05).Oleic acid content and ω-6/ω-3 ratio in muscle of mutton sheep in all experimental groups were increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that peanut seedling silage can improve the growth performance,immunity and mutton quality,peanut seedling silage can replace 50%and 100%corn straw silage effectively.
