人参粗提物与裂褶多糖或葡萄糖氧化酶复配对蛋鸡生产性能和血清生化指标的影响

试验旨在研究饲粮添加人参粗提物及其与裂褶多糖或葡萄糖氧化酶复配对蛋鸡产蛋性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验选用720只240日龄罗曼灰蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮+0。2%人参粗提物,Ⅱ组饲喂基础饲粮+0。2%人参粗提物+750 mg/kg裂褶多糖,Ⅲ组饲喂基础饲粮+0。2%人参粗提物+100 g/t葡萄糖氧化酶。试验期56 d。结果显示,试验第28 d,Ⅱ组的蛋壳厚度显著高于对照组(P<0。05),Ⅱ组残次蛋率显著低于对照组和Ⅲ组(P<0。05),Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组的蛋壳重显著高于对照组(P<0。05)。试验第28 d,各处理组蛋壳腺质膜钙离子ATP酶1b(PMCA 1b)表达量均显著高于对照组(P<0。05),各处理组骨钙素、25-羟基维生素D3[25-(OH)-D3]含量显著高于对照组(P<0。05);试验第56 d,Ⅱ组蛋壳腺PMCA 1b表达量显著高于其他组(P<0。05),Ⅱ组骨钙素和25-(OH)-D3含量低于其他组(P<0。05);试验第28、56 d,各处理组蛋壳腺钙结合蛋白(CaBP-D28k)表达量均显著高于对照组(P<0。05)。试验第28 d,各处理组血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-β(TNF-β)含量显著高于对照组(P<0。05),Ⅲ组血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著高于对照组(P<0。05);试验第56 d,Ⅰ组蛋鸡血清IL-1β含量显著高于对照组(P<0。05),Ⅱ组血清IL-1β、IL-2和TNF-β含量显著低于对照组(P<0。05),IL-6含量显著高于对照组(P<0。05),Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组血清谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著高于对照组(P<0。05),各处理组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0。05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加人参粗提物可有效改善鸡蛋品质,调控蛋鸡钙磷代谢,降低炎症反应,综合考虑以人参粗提物与裂褶多糖复配效果更优。
Effects of compound combination of ginseng crude extract with schizophyllan or glucose oxidase on production performance and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of adding ginseng crude extract and its combination with schizophyllan or glucose oxidase on the egg production performance and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens.A total of 720 Roman Grey laying hens at 240 days of age were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates per group and 30 hens per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,Group Ⅰ was fed a basal diet+0.2%ginseng crude extract,Group Ⅱ was fed a basal diet+0.2%ginseng crude extract+750 mg/kg schizophyllan,and Group Ⅲ was fed a basal diet+0.2%ginseng crude extract+100 g/t glucose oxidase.The trial lasted for 56 days.The results showed that on day 28 of the trial,the eggshell thickness of Group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the substandard egg rate of Group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that of the control group and Group Ⅲ(P<0.05).The eggshell weight of Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).On day 28 of the trial,the expression of eggshell gland plasma membrane calcium ATPase 1b(PMCA 1b)in all treatment groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the content of osteocalcin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)-D3]in all treatment groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).On day 56 of the trial,the expression of eggshell gland PMCA 1b in Group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05),and the content of osteocalcin and 25-(OH)-D3 in Group Ⅱ was lower than that of the other groups(P<0.05).On days 28 and 56 of the trial,the expression of eggshell gland calcium-binding protein(CaBP-D28k)in all treatment groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).On day 28 of the trial,the content of serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-β(TNF-β)in all treatment groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity of Group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).On day 56 of the trial,the serum IL-1β content of Group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the serum IL-1β,IL-2,and TNF-β content of Group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the IL-6 content was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum glutathione(GSH)content of Groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of all treatment groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of ginseng crude extract to the diet can effectively improve the egg quality,regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism in hens,and reduce inflammatory responses.Considering the comprehensive effects,the combination of ginseng crude extract with schizophyllan is more optimal.
