试验旨在探究杂交构树全株粉替代肉兔基础饲粮中部分玉米、膨化豆粕等原料后对肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能、器官指数、肉品质、血清生化指标和肠道形态的影响.选取35日龄的断奶肉兔192只,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只.分别以0(对照组)、5%(5%组)、10%(10%组)和15%(15%组)杂交构树全株粉替代基础饲粮中部分玉米、膨化豆粕、花生壳和花生藤进行饲喂.预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,5%组可极显著提高肉兔的末重(P<0.01),提高平均日增重(P>0.05),10%组可以极显著提高平均日采食量和育成率(P<0.01),降低发病率和死亡率(P<0.01);各试验组均极显著降低肝脏重及肝脏指数(P<0.01).各试验组肉兔背最长肌的剪切力均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),10%组最高.与对照组相比,10%和15%组可以显著降低血清白球比值和尿素氮/肌酐比值,显著提高肌酐含量(P<0.05),15%组能显著提高谷丙转氨酶活性(P<0.05).5%组可以极显著提高十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度(P<0.01),显著提高十二指肠绒隐比(P<0.05),15%组极显著提高回肠绒隐比(P<0.01).研究表明,5%和10%杂交构树全株粉在改善肉兔生长性能、血清生化指标、肉品质和肠道组织形态方面效果较好.
Effects of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera whole plant powder on growth performance,meat quality,serum biochemical indexes,and intestinal morphology of meat rabbits
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of replacing a portion of corn,expanded soybean meal,and other ingredients in the basic diet of meat rabbits with hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera whole plant powder on the growth performance,slaughter performance,organ index,meat quality,serum biochemical indexes,and intestinal tissue morphology of meat rabbits.A total of 192 commercial meat rabbits weaned at 35 days of age were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates per group and eight rabbits per replicate.Some corn,extruded soybean meal,peanut shell,and peanut vine in the basal diet were replaced by 0%(control group),5%(5%group),10%(10%group)and 15%(15%group)hybrid whole plant meal,respectively.The pre-feeding period was seven days,and the formal trial period was 30 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the 5%group could extremely increase the final weight of the rabbits(P<0.01)and increase the average daily weight gain(P>0.05).The 10%group could extremely increase the daily feed intake and growth rate(P<0.01),and extremely reduce the incidence and mortality rate(P<0.01).All experimental groups extremely reduced liver weight and liver index(P<0.01).The shear force of the longissimus dorsi muscle of rabbits in all experimental groups was extremely higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),with the 10%group being the highest.Compared with the control group,the 10%and 15%groups could extremely reduce the serum albumin/globulin ratio and the urea nitrogen/creatinine ratio,and significantly increase creatinine content(P<0.05).The 15%group could significantly increase the activity of alanine aminotransferase(P<0.05).The 5%group could extremely increase the villus height of the duodenum,jejunum,and ileum(P<0.01),and significantly increase the villus crypt ratio of the duodenum(P<0.05).The 15%group could extremely increase the villus crypt ratio of the ileum(P<0.01).The results show that 5%and 10%hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera whole plant powder has a good effect on improving growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,meat quality and intestinal tissue morphology of meat rabbits.
