摘要
杜仲叶提取物中含有黄酮类、酚酸类和木质素类等活性成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抑菌、抗病毒和提高免疫力等活性作用,可以提高畜禽生产性能,改善肉品质,提升繁殖性能,改善骨骼和预防疾病.因此,杜仲叶提取物作为饲料添加剂在畜禽养殖中具有较好的应用前景.文章就杜仲叶提取物的提取方法、主要作用机制,以及在畜禽养殖中的应用进行综述,以期为杜仲叶提取物在畜禽实际生产中的应用提供参考.
Abstract
The Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract contains flavonoids,phenolic acids,lignin and other active ingredients.It has anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,antibacterial,antiviral and immune-enhancing activities,which can improve the production performance of livestock and poultry,improve meat quality,enhance reproductive performance,improve bone and prevent disease.Therefore,the Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract has a good application prospect as a feed additive in livestock and poultry breeding.In this paper,the extraction method,main action mechanism and application of Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract in livestock and poultry were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the application of Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract in livestock and poultry production.
