微量元素硒缓解反刍动物热应激的研究进展

热应激不仅对反刍动物的生产性能、繁殖性能、免疫系统和畜产品质量等造成了不同程度的负面影响,还给畜牧业带来巨大的经济损失.硒是重要的微量元素之一,具有抗氧化、提高免疫力等作用,饲粮中添加硒有助于缓解畜禽热应激.文章综述了热应激的评价标准及其对反刍动物生产性能、免疫系统和瘤胃微生物等方面的影响,以及通过饲粮中添加硒缓解热应激效果的研究进展,旨在为降低热应激对反刍动物的危害,促进畜牧产业健康、高效发展提供参考.
Research progress on trace element selenium alleviating heat stress in ruminant
Heat stress not only has different degrees of negative effects on the production and reproduction performance,immune system and product quality of ruminant,but also brings huge economic losses to animal husbandry.Selenium is one of the important trace elements,which has antioxidant and immune-enhancing effects,dietary selenium is helpful to alleviate heat stress in livestock and poultry.This article reviewed the evaluation criteria of heat stress and its effects on ruminant performance,immune system and rumen microbe,as well as the research progress on alleviating heat stress by dietary selenium supplementation,aiming to provide reference for reducing the harm of heat stress to ruminants and promoting the healthy and efficient development of livestock industry.
