试验旨在探究在饲粮中添加不同剂量的茶多酚对马岗鹅肝脏脂质代谢及抗氧化能力的影响。选取240只马岗鹅公鹅(28日龄)随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鹅。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加100(L组)、500(M组)和1 000 mg/kg(H组)茶多酚,试验期为6 w。结果显示,与对照组相比,各试验组血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性均显著降低(P<0。05),M组和H组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著降低(P<0。05),血清脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)活性显著提高(P<0。05);各试验组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著提高(P<0。05),M组、H组血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著降低(P<0。05)。各试验组肉碱棕榈酰转移酶1(CPT1A)、长链酯酰辅酶A合成酶4(ACSL4)、细胞色素P450 2K1(CYP450 2K1)、细胞色素P450 2C19(CYP450 2C19)和超长链脂肪酸延伸酶1(ELOVL1)mRNA表达量均显著增加(P<0。05),H组长链脂肪酸辅酶A连接酶(ACSBG2)mRNA表达量显著减少(P<0。05);M组肝脏乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著降低(P<0。05),H组肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著提高(P<0。05)。各试验组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶1(GPX-1)、超氧化物歧化酶1(SOD1)和血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)mRNA的表达量均显著增加(P<0。05)。研究表明,在饲粮中添加适宜剂量的茶多酚可以改善马岗鹅肝脏脂质代谢水平和抗氧化功能,茶多酚添加剂量为1 000 mg/kg效果最佳。
Effects of tea polyphenols on lipid metabolism and antioxidant capacity in the liver of Magang geese
The study aimed to investigate the effects of different doses of tea polyphenols on the lipid metabolism and antioxidant capacity in the liver of Magang geese.A total of 240 male Magang geese(28 days old)were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates per group and ten geese per replicate.The control group was fed with basic feed,while the experimental groups were added with 100(group L),500(group M)and 1 000 mg/kg(group H)tea polyphenols,respectively for six weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the activities of serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in each experimental group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the serum of groups M and H was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the activity of serum lipoprotein lipase(LPL)was significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)content was significantly increased in each experimental group(P<0.05),while the serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)content was significantly decreased in the groups M and H(P<0.05).The mRNA expression levels of liver lipid metabolism related genes carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1(CPT1A),long-chain acyl-coa Synthetase 4(ACSL4),cytochrome p450 2K1(CYP4502K1),cytochrome P4502C19(CYP450 2C19),and elongation of very-long-chain fatty acid 1(ELOVL1)were significantly increased(P<0.05),the expression of long chain fatty acid coenzyme A ligase(ACSBG2)mRNA in group H was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the liver of group M was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the activity of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)in the liver of group H was significantly increased(P<0.05).The glutathione peroxidase 1(GPX-1),superoxide dismutase 1(SOD1),and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)mRNA were significantly increased in each experimental group(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding an appropriate dose of tea polyphenols to the diet can improve the liver lipid metabolism and antioxidant function of Magang geese,with the addition of 1 000 mg/kg tea polyphenols having the best effect.
