试验旨在研究黄芪多糖和补中益气散对乌苏里貉生长性能、血清生化指标、免疫性能及抗氧化能力的影响。选用体重相近的3月龄健康乌苏里貉50只,公、母各半,随机分为5组,分别为对照组、A组(0。3%金霉素)、B组(0。1%黄芪多糖)、C组(0。5%补中益气散)、D组(1。0%补中益气散),每组10个重复,每个重复1只乌苏里貉。预试期7 d,正式试验期150 d。结果显示,试验期末,B组的平均日增重极显著高于对照组、C组和D组(P<0。01),料重比极显著低于对照组(P<0。01)。B组和D组的总胆固醇(TC)含量显著低于对照组(P<0。05),各试验组的甘油三酯(TG)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0。05)。B组和C组的丙二醛(MDA)含量均低于对照组(P>0。05),显著低于D组(P<0。05),B组的MDA含量全期变化值显著高于对照组(P<0。05);C组的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组和A组(P<0。05)。研究表明,基础饲粮中添加0。1%的黄芪多糖或0。5%和1。0%的补中益气散可以有效改善乌苏里貉生长性能,提高其免疫力和抗氧化能力。
Effects of Astragalus polysaccharides and Buzhong Yiqi powder on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,immune performance,and antioxidant capacity of Ussuri raccoon dog
The experiment aims to study the effects of Astragalus polysaccharides and Buzhong Yiqi powder on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,immune performance,and antioxidant capacity of the Ussuri raccoon dog.A total of 50 healthy three-month-old Ussuri raccoon dogs with similar body weight were selected,with an equal number of males and females,randomly divided into five groups,namely the control group,group A(0.3%,chlortetracycline),group B(0.1%,Astragalus polysaccharides),group C(0.5%,Buzhong Yiqi powder),and group D(1.0%,Buzhong Yiqi powder),with ten replicates per group and one Ussuri raccoon dog per replicate.The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 150 days.The results showed that at the end of the trial,the average daily weight gain of group B was extremely higher than that of the control group,groups C and D(P<0.01),and the feed-to-gain ratio was extremely lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total cholesterol(TC)levels in groups B and D were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the triglyceride(TG)levels in all experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The malondialdehyde(MDA)content in groups B and C was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05),and significantly lower than those in group D(P<0.05).The change in MDA content throughout the trial in group B was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in group C was significantly higher than that in the control group and group A(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of 0.1%Astragalus polysaccharides 0.5%or 1.0%Buzhong Yiqi powder to the basic diet can effectively improve the growth performance,immune performance,and antioxidant capacity of the Ussuri raccoon dog.
