滤袋式纤维分析仪连续检测饲料中纤维成分的探讨

摘要
试验旨在建立连续检测饲料中中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤木质素含量的方法.结果显示,中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤木质素的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别在0.49%～3.97%、1.29%～6.53%和3.08%～9.50%之间,质控样中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤木质素回收率分别为97.49%～101.65%、93.48%～103.41%和97.21%～104.34%.与过滤法比较,滤袋法中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维结果差异不显著(P>0.05).研究表明,采用滤袋式纤维分析仪可连续测定饲料原料及饲料中中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤木质素,该法操作便捷,结果准确.
Abstract
The experiment aimed to establish a method for the continuous determination of neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)and acid detergent lignin(ADL)content in feed.The relative standard deviations(RSD)for NDF,ADF and ADL were 0.49%～3.97%,1.29%～6.53%and 3.08%～9.50%,respectively.The recoveries of for NDF,ADF and ADL were 97.49%～101.65%,93.48%～103.41%and 97.21%～104.34%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the results for NDF and ADF between the results of filter bag method and the filtration method(P>0.05).The study indicates that the filter bag fiber analyzer can be used to continuously determine NDF,ADF and ADL,offering simple operation and accurate results.
