和田风沙地区复播青贮玉米品种的筛选

试验旨在筛选适宜在和田民丰县复播的青贮玉米品种。选取6个青贮玉米品种,测定其农艺性状、生产性能、营养品质,采用主成分分析的方法进行综合评价。结果显示,新玉80的株高和茎粗均大于其他品种,茎粗显著大于其他品种(P<0。05);新玉68的穗位高显著高于其他品种(P<0。05),新玉104的鲜草产量和干草产量最高,分别为72。79 t/hm2和23。02 t/hm2。新玉68的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量最低,分别为43。22%和13。98%。淀粉含量变化范围在23。94%~26。60%,利合328含量最高,且显著高于新玉102(P<0。05)。可溶性碳水化合物含量变化范围在7。49%~11。65%,新玉68含量最高,且显著高于利合328、新玉102、新玉104(P<0。05)。粗蛋白含量变化范围在7。75%~9。54%,新玉106含量最高,且显著高于利合328、新玉102(P<0。05)。新玉80粗脂肪含量显著高于其他品种(P<0。05)。新玉104的粗灰分含量显著高于其他品种(P<0。05)。主成分分析表明,6个青贮玉米品种综合表现最优的是新玉80,综合得分为0。67。研究表明,新玉80可以作为民丰县复播青贮玉米时的最适宜品种,具有一定的推广价值。
Screening of replanted silage maize varieties in the wind-blown sand area of Hotan
The experiment aimed to screen the silage corn varieties suitable for replanting in Minfeng County,Hotan.Six silage maize varieties were selected to measure the agronomic traits,production performance and nutritional quality,and the principal component analysis was used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the plant height and stem diameter of Xinyu 80 were significantly higher than those of other cultivars,and the stem diameter was significantly greater than that of other cultivars(P<0.05).The panicle height of Xinyu 68 was significantly higher than that of other varieties(P<0.05).Xinyu 104 had the highest fresh yield and hay yield,which were 72.79 t/hm2 and 23.02 t/hm2,respectively.The variety with the lowest content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber was Xinyu 68,which was 43.22%and 13.98%,respectively.The starch content varied in the range of 23.94%~26.60%,and the content of Lihe 328 was the highest,which was significantly higher than that of Xinyu 102(P<0.05).The content of soluble carbohydrates varied in the range of 7.49%~11.65%,and the content of Xinyu 68 was the highest,which was significantly higher than that of Lihe 328,Xinyu 102 and Xinyu 104(P<0.05).The crude protein content varied in the range of 7.75%~9.54%,and the content of Xinyu 106 was the highest,which was significantly higher than that of Lihe 328 and Xinyu 102(P<0.05).The crude fat content of Xinyu 80 was significantly higher than that of other varieties(P<0.05).The crude ash content of Xinyu 104 was significantly higher than that of other varieties(P<0.05).Principal component analysis indicated that Xinyu 80 was the best among the six silage maize varieties,with a comprehensive score of 0.67.The study suggests that Xinyu 80 can be considered the most suitable variety for replanting silage corn in Minfeng County and has potential for promotion.
