10个饲料桑品种在海南的生产性能和饲用品质综合评价

研究旨在筛选适合海南饲料化应用的桑树优良品种,以补充海南畜禽饲料蛋白来源。研究选取10个桑树品种为供试材料,分析不同品种的生产性能和饲喂品质,结合营养因子综合评分,筛选适宜热区种植的饲料桑品种。结果显示,桂5鲜叶产量最高,达113 656。80 kg/hm²;其次是沙2×伦109,为92 846。40 kg/hm²;饲料桑中的粗蛋白含量在19。83%~22。07%之间,含量最高的为沙2×伦109,其次为桂桑优12;粗灰分含量最高的是沙2×伦109,达14。69%,其次是丰驰,为13。90%;冀桑、育711、桑特优1、粤桑120的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量较低;冀桑叶片中单宁含量显著高于除育711和桂桑优12的其他品种。通过因子分析得出,综合得分前四的桑树品种为桂5、沙2×伦109、桂桑优12、桂6。研究表明,桂5、沙2×伦109、桂桑优12、桂6的综合表现较好,可以作为海南饲料桑开发的品种。
Comprehensive evaluation of production performance and feed quality of ten mulberry varieties for feed in Hainan
This study aimed to screen excellent mulberry varieties suitable for forage application in Hainan and to supplement the protein sources for livestock and poultry in the region.Ten mulberry varieties were selected as test materials to analyze their production performance and feeding quality.The varieties suitable for planting in hot areas were identified through a comprehensive scoring of nutritional factors.The results showed that Gui 5 had the highest yield of fresh leaves,reaching 113 656.80 kg/hm².The second highest yield was Sha 2×Lun 109,92 846.40 kg/hm².The crude protein content in feed mulberry ranged from 19.83%~22.07%,with Sha 2×Lun 109 having the highest content,followed by Gui Sangyou 12.The variety with the highest crude ash content was Sha 2×Lun 109,at 14.69%,followed by Fengchi,at 13.90%.The medium/acid detergent fibers were lower in Jisang,Yu 711,Sangteyou1,and Yuesang 120.The tannin content in the leaves of Jisang was significantly higher than that of other varieties except for Yu 711 and Guisangyou 12.Through factor analysis,the top four scores were obtained by Gui 5,Sha 2×Lun 109,Gui Sangyou 12,and Gui 6.The study indicates that Gui 5,Sha 2×Lun 109,Gui Sangyou 12,and Gui 6 show superior comprehensive performance and can be recommended as feed mulberry varieties for Hainan.
