摘要

阿拉伯木聚糖是麦类原料中主要的抗营养因子,限制了小麦在畜禽生产中的应用.木聚糖酶是一类能将阿拉伯木聚糖降解为木糖或低聚木糖(木寡糖)的木聚糖水解酶系,由内、外切β-木聚糖酶及β-木二糖苷酶等组成.动物通常不能分泌木聚糖酶,外源添加木聚糖酶可有效酶解麦类原料中的阿拉伯木聚糖,进而消除阿拉伯木聚糖的抗营养作用,提高麦类原料的利用率,改善畜禽肠道健康,提高动物生产性能,增加养殖经济效益.文章分别对木聚糖酶研究现状、酶学特性及其作用机制进行阐述,对木聚糖酶在畜禽养殖生产中的应用进行了综述,为开发新型饲料添加剂提供参考.

Abstract

Arabinoxylan is the main anti-nutritional factor in cereal feedstuffs,which limits the application of wheat in livestock and poultry production.Xylanase is a group of xylan hydrolases that can break down arabinoxylan into xylose or oligomeric xylose(xylooligosaccharides),including endo-and exo-β-xylanases and β-xylosidases,among others.Animals typically do not produce xylanase,and the addition of exogenous xylanase can effectively hydrolyze arabinoxylan in cereal feedstuffs,thereby neutralizing the anti-nutritional effects of arabinoxylan,improving the utilization rate of cereal feedstuffs,enhancing the intestinal health of livestock and poultry,increasing animal production performance,and contributing to the economic benefits of breeding.The article discusses the current research on xylanase,its enzymatic characteristics,and mechanisms of action,and reviews the practical application of xylanase in livestock and poultry production,providing a reference for the development of new feed additives.
