摘要

蛋白质饲料短缺和抗生素滥用是当前畜牧业面临的两大问题.黑水虻(BSF)是一种应用广泛的昆虫资源,与传统蛋白原料如豆粕、鱼粉等相比,黑水虻氨基酸种类丰富,含有多种免疫调节因子.在动物生产中,可作为一种良好的蛋白质饲料来源和抗生素替代产品.黑水虻幼虫(BSFL)作为饲料原料在畜禽养殖中具有巨大的应用潜力,其不仅能够提高畜禽生产性能、降低饲料成本,还具有环境友好的特点.近年来,针对BSFL在动物生产中应用的研究也越来越深入.文章综述了BSF的营养特性,及其作为饲料原料对畜禽生产性能及健康水平的影响,总结了BSF产业化应用面临的问题,并对研究和发展方向进行展望,以期为BSF在动物生产中的应用提供参考.

Abstract

The shortage of protein feed and the misuse of antibiotics are the two major problems facing the livestock industry.Hermetia illucens(BSF)is a widely used insect resource.Compared with traditional protein raw materials such as soybean meal and fish meal,BSF not only has rich amino acids,but also contains a variety of immune regulatory factors.It can be used as a good protein feed source and antibiotic replacement product in animal production.As a feed ingredient,BSF larvae(BSFL)has great application potential in livestock and poultry breeding,which can not only improve the production performance,reduce the feed cost,but also has the characteristics of environmental friendliness.In recent years,research on the application of BSFL in animal production has become increasingly in-depth.This paper reviews the nutritional characteristics of BSF and its effects on the performance and health level of livestock and poultry as feed ingredients,summarizes the problems faced by the industrial application of BSF,and prospects the research and development direction,in order to provide reference for the application of BSF in animal production.
