摘要
乡村振兴背景下,数字普惠金融赋能农村饲料产业高质量发展,有助于加速实现城乡共同富裕、助力乡村生态文明建设以及推动农村现代化发展.数字普惠金融通过优化饲料产业信息环境、促进饲料产业结构升级、满足饲料融资市场需求等方式为农村饲料产供销闭环提供充足金融保障,为农业农村现代化发展注入活力.据此,文章提出完善农村地区数字普惠金融基础设施建设、构建数字普惠金融匹配合作机制及健全数字普惠金融风险管控体系等有效路径,以充分发挥数字普惠金融对农村饲料产业高质量发展的引领和推动作用.
Abstract
In the context of rural revitalization,digital inclusive finance empowers the high-quality development of the rural feed industry,which helps to accelerate the realization of common prosperity between urban and rural areas,assists in the construction of rural ecological civilization,and promotes the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Digital inclusive finance provides sufficient financial support for the closed-loop of rural feed production,supply and sales by optimizing the information environment of the feed industry,promoting the upgrading of the feed industry structure,and meeting the needs of the feed financing market,thereby injecting vitality into the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Based on this,effective paths are proposed to improve the construction of digital inclusive financial infrastructure in rural areas,establish a matching cooperation mechanism for digital inclusive finance,and improve the risk control system of digital inclusive finance,in order to fully leverage the leading and promoting role of digital inclusive finance in the high-quality development of the rural feed industry.
