摘要

科技金融有利于提高市场透明度、优化金融资源配置、降低饲料企业融资风险、助力饲料企业数字技术应用,是推动饲料企业高质量创新的重要抓手和关键引擎.在中国式现代化背景下,科技金融赋能饲料企业高质量创新,主要承担健全金融服务体系、加强金融风险防控能力、推动融资结构优化升级、促进金融产品研发应用的重要任务与使命.为充分发挥科技金融对饲料企业高质量创新的赋能效应,可从完善科技金融服务体系、优化数据化金融风控体制、健全金融资源配置措施、加大科技金融产品研发力度四个方面为出发点,加快饲料企业高质量创新步伐.

Abstract

Science and technology finance is conducive to improving market transparency,optimizing the allocation of financial resources,reducing the financing risk of feed enterprises,helping feed enterprises to apply digital technology,and is an important starting point and key engine to promote high-quality innovation of feed enterprises.Under the background of Chinese modernization,science and technology finance enables the high-quality innovation of feed enterprises,which mainly undertakes the important tasks and missions of improving the financial service system,strengthening the ability of financial risk prevention and control,promoting the optimization and upgrading of the financing structure,and promoting the research and development and application of financial products.In order to give fully leverage the enabling effect of science and technology finance on the high-quality innovation,the pace of high-quality innovation can be accelerated by the four aspects of improving the scientific and technological financial service system,optimizing the data-driven financial risk control system,improving the allocation of financial resources,and increasing the research and development of scientific and technological financial products.
