Objective To explore the teaching effect of applying regional anatomy in observing the effect of eye injury induced by laser. Methods The undergraduate students of preventive medicine in class 2020 who were enrolled in the course of Military Labor Health and Operational Medicine in the fall semester of 2023 in Army Medical University were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the experimental group was arranged to study and review the anatomy knowledge before and during the experiment class, and observed the operation skills related to the experiment before class. The teaching effects of two groups were compared. Results A total of 60 students were included. There were 30 students in the control group and the experimental group respectively.Compared with the control group, the experiment operation time of the experimental group was significantly reduced, the experimental report score was higher and the score of teaching satisfaction was higher, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Guiding students to learn related anatomy knowledge before and during experiment class is helpful to the smooth progress of experiment teaching and achieve better teaching effect.
