摘要
经外周置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)是临床建立静脉通道的常用方法之一,而PICC在患者体内断裂是一种非常严重的并发症.数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)是诊断和治疗血管性疾病的常用方法之一.本文报道了 1 例在DSA引导下成功取出糖尿病患者体内断裂的PICC导管的过程,以期为临床类似病例的诊治提供参考.
Abstract
Peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)is one of the commonly used methods for establishing venous access in clinical practice,and the PICC fracture in patients is a very serious complication.Digital subtraction angiography(DSA)is a commonly used method for diagnosing and treating vascular diseases.In this paper,a case of successful removal of a broken PICC catheter in a diabetes patient under the guidance of DSA was reported,in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of similar cases in clinic.
