摘要

以六氯环三膦腈和苯酚钠为原料制备了六苯氧基环三磷腈(PCPZ),产物收率高于97%,纯度达99%以上,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、31p核磁共振(31p NMR)和1H核磁共振(1H NMR)表征产物并确定其分子结构.将合成的PCPZ和焦磷酸蜜胺盐(MPP)、三聚氰胺(MA)、助剂(AA)复配成膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR),并添加到聚丙烯(PP)中制备成阻燃聚丙烯(PP).利用MINI TAB软件的混料设计功能研究了复配IFR对阻燃PP体系的阻燃性能和力学性能的影响.结果表明,阻燃效果较好的IFR配方:PCPZ48.6%、MPP25.0%、MA12.5%和AA13.9%,IFF添加量为30%时,IFR-PP的LOI为33%,通过UL 94 V-0级测试,拉伸强度为25.98 MPa,断裂伸长率为230%,缺口冲击强度为4.72 kJ/m2.

Abstract

Hexaphenox-cyclo-triphosphaze was synthesized by use hexachloro-cyclo-triphosphazene and sodium phenolate as raw material,the yield is above 97%,and purity is above 99%,which was characterized and ascertained its molecular structure by means of HPLC,FT-IR,31PNME,and 1H NMR.Blended this PCPZ with melamine pyro phosphate (MPP),melamine (MA) and assistant agent(AA) to prepare a intumesce flame retard (IFR),then added this IFR in polyproprene(PP) to prepare the flame retardant PP composite.The effect of this IFR on flame retardancy and mechanical properties of PP composite was researched by means of software MINI TAB which has the function of blending design.The results showed:the optimum formula for flame retardancy of IFR is:PCPZ 48.6%,MPP 25.6%,MA 12.5% and AA 13.9%.When the content of this IFR in the flame retardant PP composite is 30%,its LOI is 33% 、and vertical burning grade is UL94 V-0,the stretch strength is 25.98 MPa,the percent of elongation at break is 230%,the impact strength is 4.72% kJ/m2.
