高效液相色谱法测定复合助剂中抗氧剂405含量

建立一种高效液相色谱法测定复合助剂中抗氧剂 405 含量.方法采用AgilentODS-C18 色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm);以甲醇作为流动相,流速为 1.2 mL/min,柱温 40℃;检测波长为250 nm;进样体积为5 μL.结果表明,抗氧剂405在0.3~2.4 mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r为1.000 0.抗氧剂405不同浓度回收率在100%~101%之间.该方法结果准确,操作简单,重现性好,可用于复合助剂中抗氧剂405含量的准确定量.
Determination of Contents of Antioxidant 405 in Compound Additives by High-performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)
A method was established to determine the antioxidant 405 contents in compound additives by using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).AgilentODS-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol at a flow rate of 1.2 mL/min.The column temperature was at 40℃.The detection wavelengths was at 250 nm.The injection volume was 5 μL.Results showed that the method had a good linear relationship within the range of 0.3~2.4 mg/mL for antioxidant 405,with the correlation coefficient r of 1.000 0.The recovery rates of antioxidant 405 samples were 100%~101%with different concentrations.This method is accurate,convenient and rapid so as to be used for determining the antioxidant 405 contents in compound additives.
