摘要

污水处理过程工况比较复杂,且pH值控制受到反应物组成、温度等多因素影响,控制难度较大,传统的PID控制存在较大的弊端.本文基于模糊自适应PID为企业的污水处理进行系统设计,包括整体设计方案、软硬件设计及控制器设计等,以期能够更好地满足企业污水处理pH值控制需要,解决污水处理难题.

Abstract

The working conditions of sewage treatment process are relatively complex,and pH value control is affected by multiple factors such as reactant composition and temperature,making it difficult to control,so significant drawbacks easily occur in traditional control methods.Based on fuzzy adaptive PID,a system was designed for wastewater treatment in enterprises,including the overall design scheme,software and hardware design and controller design,so as to better meet the needs of pH value control and to smooth such difficulty in sewage treatment.
