聚氨酯改性环氧树脂在体育器材中的应用

摘要
环氧树脂属于热固性树脂,具有较高的电绝缘性与机械强度,但其抗冲性能较弱,具有较高的脆性等.为了进一步增强其抗冲性能,本文利用不同的聚氨酯对环氧树脂进行改性,并对相应的改性工艺进行分析,同时还详细论述了改性环氧树脂在滑板、球类、运动护具等体育器材中的应用.
Abstract
Epoxy is a thermosetting resin with high electrical insulation and mechanical strength,but its impact resistance is weak,with high brittleness and so on.In order to further enhance its impact resistance,the epoxy was modified with different polyurethan,and the corresponding modification process was analyzed.At the same time,the application of modified epoxy in sports equipment such as skateboard,ball and sports protective gear was discussed in detail.
