摘要
分析塑料助剂、印刷油墨、树脂原材料对食品卫生安全的影响,总结食品行业塑料包装卫生安全检测方法.当前塑料食品包装材料性能稳定,安全性较佳,但受到生产工艺和外界环境的影响,部分塑料助剂和杂质等毒害物质会迁移到食品中,影响食品安全.食品包装原材料、添加剂及制作工艺合格,才能保障食品的卫生与安全,符合国家食品安全相关标准,确保人们的身体健康.
Abstract
By reviewing,analyzing,and summarizing research materials related to plastic packaging in the food industry,this paper analyzes the impact of plastic additives,printing ink,and resin raw materials on food hygiene and safety,and explores methods for detecting the hygiene and safety of plastic packaging in the food industry.Currently,plastic food packaging materials have stable performance and good safety.However,due to the influence of production processes and external environment,some toxic substances such as plastic additives and impurities may migrate into food,affecting food safety.Qualified food packaging raw materials,additives,and production processes are necessary to ensure the hygiene and safety of food,comply with national food safety standards,and ensure people's physical health.
