加工助剂对聚乳酸力学性能的影响

以聚乳酸(PLA)为基体树脂,与加工助剂混合制备改性PLA粒料.分别讨论了成核剂、增塑剂、抗冲改性剂、抗氧剂、环氧扩链剂用量对PLA材料力学性能的影响.结果表明,成核剂(TMC-210)和抗氧剂1010的加入对于PLA的性能有微弱提升;增塑剂(ATBC)和抗冲改性剂(PARALOIDEXL-2330)的加入能够有效改善PLA的韧性,但会造成强度下降,用量不宜超过10%;环氧扩链剂(KL-E4370B)对于PLA的强度提高明显,适宜用量为4%~6%.
Effect of Processing Aids on the Mechanical Properties of Polylactic Acid
Modified PLA pellets were prepared by mixing polylactic acid(PLA)as the matrix resin with other processing aids.Then the effects were discussed of the dosage of nucleating agent,plasticizer,impact modifier,antioxidant and epoxy chain extender on the mechanical properties of PLA materials.The results showed that the addition of nucleating agent(TMC-210)and antioxidant(1010)slightly improved the performance of PLA material.The addition of plasticizer(ATBC)and impact modifier(PARALOIDEXL-2330)can effectively improve the toughness of PLA,but cause the strength reduction,so the dosage should not exceed 10%.Epoxy chain extender(KL-E4370B)can significantly improve the strength of PLA,and the appropriate dosage should be 4%-6%.
